Communication Update - 1:45 AM

Good morning everyone. For those of you awake, (Dave, Don, Tammy, and yours truly) I have an update.

- The purchase order extracts have been completed (prior to the end day system) and are ready for John to convert at 2:00 AM.
- Once complete, John will start the quantity on hand posting. Our guess is the QOH posting will be complete around 9:00 AM.
- The backup on Gamble was restarted at 11:00 PM and should finish around 4:00 AM.
- The end day system will kick off at 4:00 AM and complete by 7:00 AM.
- The PIOS extract schedule will run at 7:00 AM.
- The LEAP extract four will commence around 9:00 AM and finish at 11:00 AM

The delay on Gamble has impacted the conversion but not the full 7.5 hours. The next sets of extracts are not required until 9:00 AM. If the extracts are finished by 11:00 AM, we are only 2 hours behind schedule. Please note that this is our best estimate. We will provide a more accurate estimate at 7:00 AM

Ray Ng finally left the building around 12:00 AM. It was a long shift considering he started at 6:30 AM. A BIG thanks to Ray for hanging in there with Dave and I to figure out what our course of action would be.

Dave and I will be in the office at 6:30 AM. We will provide a more accurate estimate once we review the progress on Gamble.
